Pendleton RoundUp 2013

We started our 27th Wedding Anniversary Vacation  by driving to Caldwell Idaho. We stayed at a awesome RV Park and then We drove to Pendleton Oregon on My Birthday.  We first went to the Pendleton Woolen Mills. We took a tour of the mills. Wow, Now I know why the blankets costs so much.

Then we drove downtown to the Pendleton Round Up. It was amazing how big this Rodeo is and how the whole town shuts down for "Round-up". In fact Pendleton doesn't start school until after the Round Up.

Bobby Mote
When we sat down and I looked up I said to Dubb that's Bobby Mote and he said, "yell his name and ask for a picture" so I did he adjusted his hat and smiled. He was so nice.

Tuff Cooper
I was so excited to see Tuff Cooper rope. He was team roping and not Tie Down but at least I got to see him rope.

Trevor Brazile- Mr. All Round Champion of Pendleton 2013

I loved the Pickup men and their "wholly chaps". His horse was jet black and carried his head just like my barrel horse Tinky Royal.

Then It was time for the Bulls and out walks Shane Proctor. Same thing I yelled his name and asked for a picture.

All the different Indian Tribes of Pendleton came out in all of their native dress. It was beautiful. From the Very old tribe members to the little ones that could barely walk.

It was the best birthday. It made turning 46 a lot easier.
Thanks Dubb for the awesome Present.
